Patty Macrae

I came to yoga in my late teens after I suffered a back injury while competing in hurdles on my high school track team. I found relief and strength enhancement by adding yoga to my running workouts. Years later, I fell in love with the ashtanga method. In addition to completing my 200-hour teacher training under Val Schneiderman, I am a certified holistic nutrition coach and a certified running coach through the Road Runners Club of America. I am grateful for the opportunity to teach anyone who comes to my classes.

Elin enjoys the feeling of freedom that aerial fitness provides and is happy to share her love of being upside down. Elin is an Om Factory Certified Aerial Yoga Instructor, 200HR RYT Vinyasa Yoga Instructor, Fly Gym Aerial Fitness® Instructor/Master Trainer, Climb&Spin® Pole Dance Instructor and LaBlast® Ballroom Fitness Instructor.
